Who We Are

Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company Limited, located on the Gulei Peninsula in southeastern coastal China, was established on November 3, 2016. It is a joint venture between Fujian Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. (the mainland China side) and Xuteng Investment Co., Ltd. (the Taiwanese side), with a 50%:50% shareholding ratio. Its main responsibility is the operation of the Gulei integrated refining and chemical project.

Gulei Petrochemical has nine chemical processing units, providing customers with 18 main products, including ethylene glycol, ethylene oxide, styrene, various types of polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, various types of thermoplastic elastomers, as well as ethylene, C5, C9, toluene, mixed xylenes, aromatic raffinate, butadiene, and propylene.
