The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) unit employs internationally advanced tubular polymerization technology, allowing for precise control of VA content from 28% to 33%, stably producing high-value-added products such as photovoltaic-grade and high-transparency foamed-grade EVA. Through initiator formulation optimization and process parameter refinement, increased production and reduced consumption, along with stable quality, have been achieved. Products are widely used in photovoltaic encapsulation, high-end shoe materials, and functional films, filling the domestic gap in high-end EVA production capacity.
